Job Description: We are seeking a high-energy, driven Sales Support Professional to join our customer service team. This role requires a dedicated team player who thrives under pressure, adapts well to change while maintaining a routine, and delivers customer service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and process orders via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide support to the sales team by managing customer relationships and facilitating sales processes.
• Maintain detailed and organized customer and transaction records.
• Resolve customer issues with effective problem-solving and a positive attitude.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and superior service.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience; inside sales experience highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Superior computer and language skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multi-task effectively with excellent time management.
